Looking into the water … I wonder if anyone is home? I really wish the ship would be a bit smarter about landing on landing pads Now everybody remember where we parked! I have yet to understand full sentences. And have yet to see “oxide” used in one. So many points of interest. So little time. Just all the time in the universe … Broken Statue Landing in a space station Didn’t want to leave my home system, but something is pushing me forward … Nighttime shows you the paths of ships in space My home system. I miss it a little … Just some traders flying around Warping to another system The round section spun! Stopping in for a little trade Ruins tell you the history of a race … and sometimes give you stuff or teach you the language Sometimes flying higher and skimming the atmosphere is necessary if you need to go a good ways around the planet Yes, stuff floats in the sky. Yes you can land on it. Yes, you can fall off and have to figure out how to get your ship back. I spend a lot of my time running towards these things just to learn another Gek or Vy’keen word. It looks like a tree, but it’s actually a rock formation. My second ship. Buying a ship from someone is expensive; I’ve always just found crashed ones and repaired them. But repairs can be difficult if you can’t find all of the resources you need to finish them … I made friends with a jello mold! This wasn’t a friendly planet. The Sentinels were … aggressive. Drawn towards Atlas The Atlas Interface Naming stuff is fun … but difficult, since you want to be descriptive and unique. My first kill. Considering that it was an aggressive Big Eared Tyranorex (I think that’s what I named it), I had no choice. Got some resources for it, though. Quite the landing job if I do say so myself. Again, one of those things you have to forgive. Luckily my jetpack will get me up there … Because destroying the trees did nothing. New ship. Less storage because it had more upgrades for weapons. Saying goodbye to #2. Skipping across the atmosphere to try to cut a many hour trip to a few minutes. CAVES.
