A recent update to Rainbow Six: Seige added some additional stuff to the ends of rounds – if you’re the winning team. It also broke hostages in the rescue hostage game mode, and that still isn’t fixed in a more recent update (last night). Additional images of yours truly follow … Continue reading New Rainbow Six: Seige End Of Round Sequences
Proud Of Myself …
I actually did okay playing ranked Rainbow 6: Seige, and met a few people I was happy to add to my PSN Friends list. I surprisingly got a couple of kills (usually I’m lucky to get one) and even finished out the round alive. Oh, and my team (down to three players at this point) won the match!
I may need to give Rainbow Six: Seige another review since I’ve been playing it a bit more now.
Ratchet & Clank (2016) Video Review
This was an attempt to do a video review while playing the game. I was rather unprepared. The TL;DW? “Get this game and play it. It’s fun!”
No Man’s Sky Headers
Obviously I don’t have the game yet (at the time of this post). I’ve downloaded the screenshots from the No Man’s Sky website and cropped a few for use here …
Once I have the game and have a couple of good screen-caps of my own, I’ll be putting those up instead.

I get by with a little help from my friends
I’m beginning to find ways to enjoy this game. While I’ve been sticking to “Lone Wolf – Classic Terrorist Hunt”, I’ve discovered the additional fun of playing the “Terrorist Hunt” game modes with other people. Above is a round of “Classic Terrorist Hunt” where I do pretty good … but still need a little help from my friends.
LittleBigPlanet 3
The danger in sequels, particularly to a successful series that you enjoyed playing before, is that you’ll run out and buy the sequel without giving serious thought to whether or not the game will really satisfy you.
I enjoyed LittleBigPlanet 3, but I could have waited before purchasing it. Continue reading LittleBigPlanet 3
inFAMOUS: Second Son
The third title in the inFAMOUS series, Second Son takes place some years (10 or 7, not 100% sure about which) after the end of inFAMOUS 2 which included the (spoiler, sorry) death (if you played the “good” guy) of Cole McGrath. An early PS4 only exclusive, the plot (and random citizen chats) refer to Cole as having been the good guy, though sufficient time has passed that Conduits are feared and oppressed. As most single-player games go, the game is very story driven. And it’s a pretty good story. Continue reading inFAMOUS: Second Son
TOM CLANCY’S RAINBOW SIX: SEIGE on the PS4
Boy – the official title of the game is quite the mouthful: Tom Clancy’s Rainbow Six: Seige is available on the PS4. However, if you have a PC capable of running it and want to play the game, buy it for the PC.
It’s not all that fun on the PS4. Continue reading TOM CLANCY’S RAINBOW SIX: SEIGE on the PS4
Why I’m Psyched For NO MAN’S SKY
I mean, have you seen the E3 videos? That alone should be enough to start some hype.
So as I sit here dreading the porting of game related posts from where I usually run off at the mouth (which I’m trying to keep fairly separate from this site), I figured I’d write a little bit about how I really can’t wait until No Man’s Sky is finally released.
